EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please always retain your receipt as your proof of purchase from Better Books.

If you have any concerns relating to your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible, in order to rectify the concerns promptly.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER ARE CORRECT, BEFORE MARKING OR COVERING THEM.

Exchanges and Returns can only be given within two weeks of purchase or within two weeks of the start of the school term for books purchased during the school holidays.

THEY MUST BE UNMARKED, UNCOVERED, NEW TEXTBOOKS ONLY.

Following the NSW Office of Fair Trading guidelines we will no longer offer a Refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

NO Refunds will be given on:

  • MARKED, DAMAGED OR COVERED TEXT BOOKS
  • STATIONERY
  • CALCULATORS
  • MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTS - SOFTWARE, DVD’s, DISKETTES, and CD's

Please DO NOT return any goods to us without contacting us first. We can take no responsibility for goods that are returned and are lost or stolen prior to being received at Better Books.
